1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be unused and in a sellable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a traceable and secure shipping method. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Personalized or customized items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

8. International Returns

International returns are accepted under the same conditions as domestic returns. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
